Each intern must commit to a minimum of five (5) consecutive weeks during the summer between June 22nd or June 29th and August 14th, 2009, as well as attendance at the below mandatory program events:

TIPS Orientation - June 4, 2009 (evening)

Leadership Training - July 18, 2009 (1/2 day)

Day of Service - August 1, 2009 (1/2 day)

Celebration of Service - August 13, 2009 (evening)

Please list here all other activities that you are involved with this summer (e.g. vacations, driver's ed, sports or extracurricular activities, or other jobs). If you do not indicate that you will be absent or busy, we will assume you are available on a regular basis throughout the summer.
