Teens In Public Service (TIPS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that offers youth, aged 15-19, rewarding and life changing work in the form of paid community service internships.

TIPS believes that by engaging young people in their communities today, we can produce a generation of leaders who are socially conscious and dedicated to service.

The TIPS interns gain much more than a summer paycheck; they develop job and leadership skills while our non-profit partners receive extra support to help deliver needed services to our communities.

TIPS matches the interests and skills of each teen with the needs of one of our partnering non-profit organizations. TIPS interns work with the homeless, tutor at-risk youth, care for the environment, gain hands-on experience in health and human services, and provide educational opportunities to disadvantaged children.
